About the position
As an apprentice to Joe, you are expected to pour your heart into helping every client. You must be a problem solver and so much more. This role has two focuses:
1. Assisting Joe with his business by expediently and professionally show homes to his buyer clients, attend other appointments such as home inspections, walk-throughs, etc. You may also be tasked with assisting his seller clients with duties such as installing keyboxes, meeting photographers, completing 3D scans, and more.
2. Building your business through direct coaching with Joe. Coaching includes group sessions with other agents enrolled in coaching, as well as individual activities designed to launch your own business to massive success. You will work hand-in-hand with Joe to learn negotiation skills, client outreach and retention strategies and systems, and new business generating activities.
This position requires flexibility and drive, and an overwhelming focus on customer service. You will often be the “face” of the client experience and must represent Joe and the brokerage with professionalism and poise.
This position requires that you have your real estate license hung with our brokerage, and are fully committed to the position. This should not be viewed as a “side job” to another career. This position includes a 60 day training and trial period, followed by one year of active apprenticeship.
Your experience
Agents of all backgrounds and experience are welcome to apply. Very few real estate agents dreamt of the career as a kid, which is why so many have a breadth of experiences to bring to the business. The ideal candidate has been licensed less than 2 years and has a good understanding of the business, but needs a push to launch their career to the next level.
Compensation
The Apprentice is compensated via a transaction split of 10% on the net commission from each transaction you assist Joe’s clients with. You will also receive the full coaching program free of charge, and pay no splits to Joe on your own transactions as you grow your own business.
